Critical to managing cyber risks in a holistic way, is the implementation of a suitable governance framework.  This will ensure all aspects of the organisation’s activities are covered and not just those under the control of the IT department.  Board Cyber Advisory not only analyse your organisation but perform a risk-based gap analysis to understand any present or possible future exposure. Our experience then allows us to select the most appropriate governance framework tailored to your individual and unique needs.

Once an organisation better understands their exposure and potential risks, there will be a need for a remediation program to be put in place to close the gaps.  We will assist with this program with the provision of expert oversight, architecture, project management or the operational implementation of control measures, as required.  Cyber Board Advisory are also well equipped to provide verification and validation of the controls after they have been designed and established.
